Shipping Details

Online orders for pizza must be purchased in trays of 12 slices each. Every tray is freshly baked in our ovens and specifically prepared for shipment directly to your home. There is no limit to how many trays a customer may order but there is a minimum of one tray per order.

Packaging Details: For every tray, each slice is individually hand-wrapped in frozen foil. The slices are then placed in freezer-safe clay chip-board boxes of 6 slices each, conveniently designed for easy shipping and storage. Every boxed is meticulously sealed using freezer tape and wrapped in clear packaging film to lock in freshness.

Delivery Details: All orders are shipped using UPS. Delivery times and rates depend upon the selected delivery option. The delivery date for all standard ground shipments can be viewed using the UPS Ground Transit Time Map.

Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

To ensure timely delivery, any order placed after 4pm EST will not be processed and shipped until the next day. For example: if you place a two-day ground order at 3:00pm EST, it will arrive on Wednesday, but if you place that same order at 5:00pm EST it will not arrive until Thursday.

To guarantee maximum freshness upon delivery, we must limit certain delivery options bases on the estimated transit time and the day you order. To help you better understand your options, the following is a list of what options will be available on given day:

Monday: all options with a transit time that does not exceed 3 days will be available for orders placed before 4pm EST

Tuesday: All options with a transit time that does not exceed 3 days will be available for orders placed before 4pm EST

Wednesday: All options with a transit time that does not exceed 2 days will be available for all orders placed before 4pm EST

If your area does not qualify for a ground transit time of 3 days or less, we recommend using the 3-day select delivery option. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but as our product is a perishable item, these delivery options are in place to ensure maximum freshness and flavor.

Any orders that exceed the 2 day transit time on Wednesday or are placed after 4pm EST will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

Storage Instructions: Once you receive your order, ensure freshness by immediately storing in freezer whatever slices you do no intend to enjoy that day.

Serving Suggestions:

Before any cooking preparation, please remove foil. DO NOT COOK PIZZA WITH FOIL WRAPPER.
-Defrost:  if pizza is frozen, defrost in microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute on high. Or, you can allow however many slices you intend to eat the next day to defrost in refrigerator over night.

  1. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place pizza on cookie sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes. For crispier crust, place pizza directly on oven rack and bake for 6-10 minutes. If pizza is still frozen, place on cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.

(Optional: cover cookie sheet with bread crumbs before placing pizza on sheet. Bake at same temperature for same amount of time.)

  1. Toaster Oven: Place defrosted pizza on a sheet of fresh aluminum foil (not the wrapping the pizza comes in), cookie sheet, or directly on rack and bake on high (400-450 degrees) for 4-7 minutes. Do not leave unattended.
  2. Microwave: Cover and microwave defrosted pizza on high for one minute.
  3. Stove Top: (Our founder’s favorite method) Spray frying pan or cast-iron skillet with non-stick spray. Place defrosted pizza on frying pan, cover, and cook on medium/medium high heat. Check pizza crust on the bottom regularly for desired crispiness and for the cheese to be properly melted. Do not leave unattended.
